At Comuna Project, we are seeking a Community-Based Tourism (CBT) Assistant to support business operations, ensuring smooth functioning in logistics, sales, and customer service. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about sustainable tourism, we’re looking for you!
Responsibilidades:
- Coordinate logistics for tourism experiences
- Handle communication with clients, providers, and partners
- Manage bookings and sales of tourism services
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Support the promotion and marketing of experiences
Requirements:
- Experience in tourism, sales, logistics, or customer service
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Passion for community-based and sustainable tourism
- Minimum 6-month commitment and part-time weekly availability
- Reside in Medellín, Colombia
