Role Objective:
To provide foundational English language tools for girls aged 9–13, focusing on communication, cultural understanding, and interactive learning through fun and engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop beginner-level English lessons tailored to the age and background of the students.
- Foster active participation through games, music, group activities, and hands-on projects.
- Emphasize useful vocabulary, daily expressions, and listening comprehension.
- Coordinate with other team members to align English content with other learning areas.
- Track progress and encourage curiosity and confidence in using the language.
Requirements:
- Degree in foreign languages, English teaching, or related fields.
- Experience teaching English to children.
- Passion for community-based education, creativity, and inclusive practices.
- Availability for in-person weekly classes in Comuna 13, Medellín.
