Donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable. We issue digital receipts for every donation.

5. Placing Orders
By clicking "Complete Order," you make a binding offer. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. The contract is considered concluded once we confirm the product shipment.

7. Delivery
Physical products are shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. In case of delays, you will be informed via email.

8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination.
Any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Free shipping applies from a minimum order value indicated during checkout, if applicable.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any justification.

Consequences of withdrawal:

• You must return the products within 14 days of notification.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

• We will refund all received payments, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

• This does not apply to downloadable digital products, personalized items, or donations.

Our liability for damages is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for indirect damages unless otherwise required by law.
